The All-on-6 concept follows the same principles as All-on-4 — supporting a full-arch fixed prosthesis on a small number of strategically placed implants — but uses six implants to distribute the load more evenly across the jaw. The additional two implants provide greater stability, particularly in the upper arch where bone density is naturally lower and biting forces require greater implant support.
